When we move throughout our day prioritizing a state of heart coherency, every area of our life is positively affected. Heart-coherency is a state in which the heart's powerful field, which envelops every cell of our body, creates a rhythm sync between all our systems—most importantly with our brain. There are more and more studies showing the benefits of this state of being, including improved physical health, emotional regulation, and overall resiliency in the face of challenges. My interest as a spiritual practitioner is how our energy fields communicate to the Unified Field when we are in this state. We are open. We are flowing. We stop resisting life. The creative desires for the life we crave (manifestations) are more easily channeled when we are in this state because we are open. Here are the benefits and value of learning to access and maintain a state of heart coherency: - Improved overall health - Resiliency in the face of challenges - Increased time spent in states of trust, peace, and openness - A sense of control in your life - Improved dynamics in all relationships - A regulated nervous system - Intuitive clarity - Manifestation In this session, we will explore where resistance is operating in your life. We feel resistance energetically through emotional signals like fear, self-doubt, desperation, anxiety, frustration, and lack. Resistance is operating in your life where you are either chasing or avoiding something, trying to control the external world. Some call these energetic "blocks." It's important that you are consciously aware of this energy in your field and why it's there so that you can navigate it. Our goal, through various exercises, will be to soften this resistance, strengthen your connection to your heart center, and access a state of heart coherency so you know what it feels like. I'll share more about how to maintain this state throughout your day, given your unique circumstances. As an Astrologer, I will still request your date of birth at checkout, as the cosmic cycles you're experiencing could have a notable influence over where resistance is showing up in your life. This additional perspective can help us explore them.
